TO OUR PACK!
Pack 440 includes girls and boys in the community of Lake Travis, including LTE and the surrounding area.
We invite you to join us for friendship, fun, and adventure; and to grow in the spirit of Scouting - preparedness, readiness to help others, honesty, self-confidence, and responsibility.
Cub Scouts offers fun and challenging activities to promote character development, citizenship, and physical fitness for girls and boys who are in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Our Pack is community oriented, and our parents and leaders work together to help the kids grow in the values of Scouting.
When you're a kid, learning and growing is easy when you're having fun while doing it! Cub Scouts lets kids have fun while learning the skills and values that will help them throughout life. From the thrill of shooting an arrow to learning how to transform a block of wood into a race car, to camping, fishing and whittling, Cub Scouts is one adventure after another. With a program expertly tailored to match each age in a young child's life, young Scouts learn that even when the going isn't easy, it's always an adventure, and we'll get there in the end. In Scouting, everything has a purpose and our motto is "Do your best!".

​Pinewood Derby
Get those cars built over the break or in the first weeks of January. Cars should be completed and dropped off on Friday January 23rd between 6-8pm. Race will be Saturday January 24th 10am-Noon. You don't want to miss it!

Parent Leadership Meeting
Come on out and have some pizza, let the kids play and help plan the upcoming events and activities of the pack! We'll be looking to fill a couple positions, so if you want to get involved, we'd love to see you!

Blue & Gold Celebration!
Blue and Gold is a very special pack event where we celebrate the anniversary of the origin of scouting, the AOLs crossover, and then we have a big party! Do not miss it! Details and time coming via email.

Winter Weather
It's the time of year when we never know if we'll be sweating in long sleeves, or prepping for a freeze. For scout events, when in doubt about weather delays or cancellations, check for an email, and/or reach out to your den leader!
Spring Campout
Our spring campout might be in April, but it will be here before you know it! Block off your calendars for the weekend of April 17-19, and we'll see you at camp.
Recap: Epic Fall Campout
This year, we had more people than ever attending our Fall Campout and it was an absolute blast! Huge thanks to everyone who volunteered and helped cook, clean, manage den activities, lead a hike or a skit, and any of the many things our pack parents do to make Pack 440 the best pack around. The adventures were thrilling, the food amazing and the skits slayed! We couldn't imagine a better pack.
